Dust and Dirt

The output we generate with Processing is inherently very clean and sterile. In order to simulate the aesthetics of photograms, it therefore makes sense to think about how to weaken this sterile effect in order to strengthen the association with photograms. This can be done in many different ways. Usually small hairs or dust particles are enough to give the whole thing that charming, analogue touch.

Assignment

Develop a reusable Processing-function that you can use to give your sketches a slightly analog touch in the next exercises. Be sure to design this function so that you can reuse it and control it with a few parameters.
